ACCOMMODATION

The student residence where our guests are accommodated is located in a quiet, residential area, just two metro stops from the very center of Valencia.

Students are housed in apartments located near the main residence hall building, in single or double rooms. This location, separate from the main residence hall building, provides students with greater privacy and independence. At the same time, our groups have all the amenities available to residents at their fingertips: a dining room, reception, gym, laundry room, co-working area, and a recreation area with billiards, ping-pong, and foosball. By staying in apartments, our guests can enjoy the privacy of their apartment while remaining part of the residence hall community.

We offer full board consisting of three meals a day. Our groups have the opportunity to sample regional products and dishes. Here, you can sample Valencian paella, create your own salad at the salad bar, and finish your meal with a sweet treat like ice cream, fresh fruit, or cake. Importantly, the student residence kitchen accommodates food allergies and intolerances, adapting the menu to the specific needs of its guests. Additionally, the apartments are equipped with a kitchen with a large refrigerator, kettle, and microwave, allowing groups greater flexibility.

The 24-hour reception provides our guests with prompt assistance and answers to any questions or needs. The residence also offers weekly cleaning services and a change of towels and bed linen in the apartments.

Thanks to the proximity of the metro, tram and bus stops, the student residence is perfectly connected to the city centre, the beach and most areas of Valencia.
